- Brick soldier course/rowlock are provided in LF.
- Brick ties are provided based on the spacing mentioned in the plans.
- We then figure mortar and sand required for the veneer.
- Steel lintels are taken at openings and provided lineal footage in the estimate.
- Brick veneer hardware, including flashing, mortar net, and weep holes, are provided with the estimate.
- Scaffolding is provided in the square footage of the area covered by brick veneer. The opening should EP included with the area of scaffolding.
Stone
- Stone is provided as per plans (mostly found at the fireplace front) in square footage.
- Stone sills are also provided with masonry takeoffs if shown on the plans.
